Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders – Refresher
Personal Licence Holders Refresher course is only suitable for existing personal licence holders who require to complete 5 year refresher training.
- Half day course with pre-course and follow up home study
- Course content is specified by the Scottish Government.
- 40 question multiple choice assessment completed at the end of the training session, awarded and accredited by Scottish Qualifications Authority for the purposes of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

This is a considerable responsibility and, as such, there is a requirement for Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders Refresher training and pass the exam within five years of the date on which their licence was issued by the Licensing Board.
